About the Author
Nora Singley is the cook who discovered the one-pot pasta method in Italy—the hidden hand behind its viral rise. She is a California-born, New York–trained recipe developer with two decades of experience as a professional cook. She spent nearly seven career-defining years working for Martha Stewart in her test and television kitchens, forming the basis for an admittedly motley résumé as a line cook, cheesemonger, food writer, restaurant consultant, culinary producer, and food stylist.
Now she is dream-jobbing it as the Head of Culinary for cookbook author Molly Baz; writes NOODLE, a lighthearted Substack recipe newsletter; and leads culinary development at Face Plant, an award-winning, plant-based fast-food restaurant in Portland, Oregon. She lives in Los Angeles with her family. This is her first book.
