About the Author

Joanna Dee is an illustrator from Tennessee whose first love was learning. She was the kid who never left home without a book, counted the library as her favorite place, and felt a little sad when the school year ended. If learning was her first love, art was second. Her illustrated line of art prints and paper goods is a fusion of these two lifelong loves. She’s happiest when creating work that tells stories, celebrates history, and invites others to stay curious, because she believes a curious world is a kinder world.
