Nathalie Belhassen is the author and illustrator of The Sleepy Sprout and My Adventure Quilt and the author of Tiny’s Tale and Little Miss Scissors. She was born in Kfar-Saba, a city near Tel-Aviv, Israel and has bachelor’s degrees in biology and literature as well as a master’s degree in literature from Tel-Aviv University. Cat’s New Book is Nathalie’s debut picture book in the United States.
