Are your relationships stuck in painful patterns? The key to change may be your attachment style.

So many of us long for deeper connection—but find ourselves repeating the same frustrating, unhealthy dynamics in our relationships. Whether it’s conflict in marriage, difficulty with parenting, or struggles with friends and family, the root often lies in something few people understand: your attachment style.

In Understanding Your Attachment Style, licensed therapist Marc Cameron offers a clear, compassionate guide to discovering how your earliest relational experiences shape the way you connect with others today. Drawing on decades of attachment research and using examples from his clinical experience, Cameron helps you:
  • Identify your attachment style
  • Understand how it influences your emotions, expectations, and communication
  • Recognize dysfunctional relational patterns and why you get caught in them
  • Learn practical steps to move toward a secure attachment style
Whether you’re navigating a difficult season in your marriage, stuck in a conflict with family members, longing for closer friendships, or wanting to be an emotionally healthy parent, this book will equip you with tools to break free from destructive patterns and build the loving, lasting connections you were designed for. Insightful, practical, and rooted in proven psychological research, Understanding Your Attachment Style is your roadmap to relational health and healing.
