From ESPN’s longtime National College Football insider, Heather Dinich, a uniquely affecting & humorous memoir about resilience, passion, and motherhood, and how strong women can succeed in any industry, through faith, family, and the gift of failures.

Heather Dinich has blazed her own trail. No one else has covered every aspect of the College Football Playoff since its inception and reported on it through every platform, including digital, linear, radio and podcasts. No one else left their spaghetti-covered infant locked in a highchair to do a quick interview with Russell Wilson when he was the quarterback at NC State. No other female reporter sat on Bob Knight’s back porch, eating sloppy joes just days after Knight was fired in what was the biggest sports story in the nation at the time. No other female reporter grilled Joe Paterno every Tuesday about his inept offense during the worst season in school history, even as he said, “I’m not going to pay any attention to her.” But Heather Dinich has made herself impossible to ignore.

NEVER FLINCH is Heather’s energetic, entertaining, and emotional telling of her hard-fought professional journey, with all the faith, family, and failures that helped her along the way. Balancing motherhood and her career as an ace sportswriter, broadcaster, and football insider has given her a unique perspective on how to achieve success while combating all of life’s obstacles. In her memoir, she entertains readers with stories of legendary coaches and relatable family follies; inspires anyone to relentlessly pursue their goals; and teaches everyone about what it takes to win – on and off the field.
