Raquel D’Apice

About the Author

Raquel D’Apice is a writer and comedian. She won two Emmys as part of the writing team for Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, and is the author and illustrator of the parenting book Welcome to the Club: 100 Parenting Milestones You Never Saw Coming. Raquel loves Boggle and TED talks. She lives in Jersey City with her husband and two children. 

Heather Fox is the illustrator of many stories for children including the Llama Destroys the World series, Don’t Feed the Coos!, and the Fitz and Cleo books. Heather has a penchant for playing loud instruments and trying new things, but nothing quite so highly dangerous as fighting monsters. She lives in Lititz, Pennsylvania with her husband and a little French Bulldog named Hugo.
