He is best known for his photographs of President John F. Kennedy, recently collected in JFK Remebered: A Tribute by His Personal Photographer (Random House) and exhibited worldwide. Lowe has published 17 other books on such diverse subjects as Iran and the history of the gramophone. The German-born photographer is based in New York City.
